When performing this treatment, we take a small sample of your blood and process it to separate the PRP from the other cellular components. Once the PRP has been separated, a topical anesthetic is applied to the vaginal and clitoral area. The serum will be injected into specific areas in the vaginal canal and clitoral area to enhance your natural lubrication, address incontinence, and enhance sensitivity, depending on your concerns.

MonaLisa Touch

The MonaLisa Touch is a laser treatment designed to alleviate the vaginal atrophy, dryness, itching, and burning that are often caused by aging and hormonal changes. During the treatment, a specially-designed applicator will be inserted into the vaginal canal. The applicator will emit beams of targeted laser energy into the surrounding tissue. The laser energy is converted into thermal energy as it is absorbed, heating the tissue and stimulating the production of elastin and collagen. This procedure may sound painful but it is painless as the vaginal tissue doesn’t feel the laser pulses.

Labiaplasty

A labiaplasty is a surgical procedure designed to enhance the appearance and function of the labia minora, or inner vaginal lips. Many women are born with naturally asymmetrical or elongated labia; however, in some cases, the excess tissue can cause discomfort, as well as aesthetic dissatisfaction.

Labiaplasty can be performed with different techniques, but Dr. Lee prefers the trim technique : (2)

  • Trim Technique: The trim technique involves excising tissue from the outer edge of the labia. This technique is ideal if you are concerned about length and discoloration along the edge of your vaginal lips.

Vaginoplasty

A vaginoplasty is a surgical procedure designed to strengthen and tighten the vaginal muscles and canal. Women often seek this procedure to help address concerns such as vaginal laxity and decreased sensitivity during sexual intercourse.

This procedure is typically performed under IV conscious sedation. Dr. Lee will separate the vaginal muscles from the vaginal lining before suturing the pelvic floor and muscles to tighten the vaginal canal. Any excess lining is removed, and the remaining tissue is sutured together. If needed, skin or tissue around the vaginal opening may also be removed for more comprehensive results.
